Objective:
20 minute video recorded at 640×480 30fps TV-SHQ can be transcoded (video converted) to less than 50 MB MP4 file.
Computer System:
Desktop/laptop running MAC, Windows, or Linux.
Application:
Any transcoder with mobile presets. Option is to use Handbrake (http://handbrake.fr)
Method:
- Download and install Handbrake (http://handbrake.fr/downloads.php or http://sourceforge.net/projects/handbrake)
- Open Handbrake and select Source
- Select Toggle Presets and select Android Mid
- Select Start (output will be in the Destination file path)
- Review output
